Is Veinwave a good options for fair skinned people?

I have tried Sclerotherapy and have been told laser will not work because of possible darkening of skin. Is the veinwave a good alternative?

The Veinwave does not cause hyperpigmentation or darkening of the skin. The Veinwave may be a good option but it only effective for very small veins.
