Is there a cure for pyoderma gangrenosum?

I've had an opened wound on my leg. The dermatologist says now that I have pyoderma gangrenosum. What can I do?

Treatment for this involves anti-inflammatory type medications. I would recommend seeing a wound specialist and undergoing hyperbaric oxygen therapy, which helps reduce inflammation. If this is a chronic issue and has been going on for some time, hyperbarics may be especially helpful.
