I have a spider bite that will not heal. It it on my top of left ankle. It will scab over, but when scab is removed tendons are visible.

Bitten 15 years ago and will not allow tissue to regrow to cover normally. Top of left ankle, will scab over, but when scab is removed tendons are visible. I am not diabetic.

I would recommend that you be seen by a wound specialist. There are many products and treatments in wound care that can be used to help wake up a wound and let it heal faster, one of which is hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Get in to see a specialist as soon as possible to avoid further complications.
